At Cell2Get, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics purchase. If your device is not meeting your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the item you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Device

  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and promotional items that were included in the initial shipment.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
